Generally good and effective, although I think the last time I came, I got indigestion the next day because I hadn't eaten anything else in the meantime and I was in severe pain the next morning. Perhaps you should pay more attention to the freshness of your products and ensure they aren't left too long in UHC or tempering ovens. Some people may be more sensitive.

A truly unpleasant experience today at the McDonald's in Pézenas. The dining area was very noisy; several customers were talking extremely loudly and behaving disrespectfully, making it really difficult to eat in peace. I understand that the establishment can't control everything, but a minimum of supervision or intervention from staff in this kind of situation would be appreciated. It's a shame, because it completely ruins the experience.

06/03/2026: I greatly appreciated the owners' kindness. As a right transtibial amputee, I requested a shower chair, and they generously moved me to the suite where the shower was much larger. This was done at no extra cost and with a smile. The breakfast was comprehensive, with both sweet and savory options available. It's a shame the restaurant was closed, so we had a meal in our room from the caterer attached to the restaurant – excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed the wide selection of delicious dishes.
25/12/2025: The hotel is well located in a quiet area, the welcome is warm, and the breakfast is generous. Everything is perfect.
