Lack of personality. Lack of atmosphere compared to other McDonald's I go to.

The setting is nice, but it's a shame to leave a new employee alone in the kitchen and serving. As a result, the sandwiches were cold. Thank you to her for remaking them.

Visited the McDonald's drive-thru in Baillargues around 7:30 pm on Friday, November 20, 2025. When things aren't going well, we're quick to say so, so it's only fair to say when things are going very well too. It was mealtime, but the drive-thru wasn't too busy when I arrived. A special mention goes to a young man named Jawad, who took our order (for a family of three) at the drive-thru. He was incredibly kind and so friendly that it deserved to be said. Even without seeing him, you could "hear" his smile at the kiosk; he radiated genuine kindness, cheerfulness, and helpfulness. In the fast-food industry, people are often in a hurry, and employees are sometimes unfriendly or tired. But that wasn't the case here. This young man left me with an excellent impression and a successful drive-thru experience. So, come as you are, yes, of course. But above all: Jawad, stay just as you are! And thank you!

Not bad, this McDonald's is pretty good.
