The restaurant was spotless, and the staff and manager were fantastic. The icing on the cake was that the sandwiches were piping hot. That's not the case in many restaurants.
I was shocked to witness a very tense altercation earlier this week between the owner and a manager. This scene, visible to both employees and customers, created a truly uncomfortable atmosphere.
I've been eating here for a long time, and the staff are always lovely, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've seen this type of situation involving the same person shouting. (The owner) It's a real shame because it doesn't reflect the quality of the team's work.
