I'm leaving a review to thank Tony for his efficiency in taking our order and his friendliness. A top-notch team member! However, the drink was a bit too sweet, Tony, which is a shame. I recommend going to see Tony at the Granville McDonald's; you'll have a great time!

I never leave reviews for McDonald's, but this one deserves it. Smiling employees, orders prepared with care, and if they have time, they offer to clear your tray! Well done! Other McDonald's restaurants should take note…

Despite a ticket issue, the team was incredibly responsive and found a solution for my McFlurry, which I had to postpone, and they did it all with a smile! That's fantastic! Plus, the service was very quick, less than 2 minutes I think. Best of luck to the whole team!

Hot meals are served, which is rare at McDonald's. It's always a pleasure to come; the welcome is excellent, and the staff and manager are lovely. Very friendly, I recommend it 100%.

06/07/2026: The hot meal was served quickly and was tasty. I'm taking off two stars because an elderly woman was trying to order at the kiosk and was completely lost. She asked a young woman at the register for help, and the response was a curt, dismissive "You have to order at the kiosk!" without a glance, and she walked away. During a rush, I can almost understand, but it wasn't even noon, it was quite quiet, and this woman was clearly confused. My husband went to help her with her order. A little empathy for our seniors wouldn't hurt! Not everyone is comfortable with technology.
05/07/2026: While on holiday in Bréville-sur-Mer, we came to eat there on Sunday evening (July 5th). The portions were very generous (fries and ice cream). The staff took the time to check the serial number on each World Cup cup so we wouldn't get the same ones. An employee asked me before I left if everything was alright, which was a nice touch because it's quite rare in fast food restaurants. Thank you, we had a great time as a family.
