Good evening, A huge thank you to the manager this evening for welcoming my son for his 11th birthday. A really very helpful and pleasant person. I could hear people complaining about the long wait, but the McDonald's is a bit like a restaurant. We complain about the waitress but maybe the problem is in the kitchen. And clearly, like everywhere, there is difficulty in recruiting... and let's not forget, above all these hands who work there are still managers and it is perhaps at this level that we should know how to complain. I would come back without worries with my son and the rest of my family. Have an excellent evening and thank you again. ===》 8 months later: WARNING big problem on your Mac! Recruitment ? Management? No idea but you are regressing. Drive-thru order: super cold! Waiting time too long. You have competition around you so get over it...
