30 minutes to be served... With few customers

Quick service and it had been a long time since I'd had a hot McDonald's meal. I recommend it and congratulations to the staff.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a treat! We already knew it was the best McDonald's around, but tonight (Sunday, August 2nd - 6:30 pm) it was also the best drive-thru order we've ever had. The employee was so sweet, smiling, and lovely (plus she had a beautiful voice ✨️). She must have been a manager and seemed just as lovely with her colleagues. We even got some candy and ice cream as a bonus!! It's such a pleasure to meet such nice people 🥰

Fast service (not always), never any missing items

A huge thank you to this McDonald's for this unique experience... all about a bag of fries. I ordered the famous shake-your-own fries, the ones with the big bag and the spices. The fries were there, but the bag and the spices were playing hide-and-seek. So I asked at the counter. A manager came over, noticed the missing bag, told me she'd go get it... and then disappeared. She came back a few minutes later, not to us, but straight to her fryer, as if her mission had just been erased from her memory. No information, no glance, just professional silence of Olympic caliber. We finally asked her again, and then came the revelation: "We're out." Telepathic communication must have been enough. No solution in sight when all we needed was a simple bag. Finally, she graciously deigned to offer us a bag of nuggets, which would have done the trick if only she'd taken the biggest one, but oh well, it was something. In short: a 45-minute wait to learn that talking was optional, and as a bonus, a Royal Bacon... that was even more elaborate. Culinary minimalism taken to its extreme. 5 stars because I had a good laugh.

The meal was very good, and the service was impeccable.

On June 19th, at 9:30 PM, a truly lovely lady took our order... with a smile, a gentle voice, and good cheer. What a pleasure! We must encourage people like her, with their such... humane behavior!

Nothing to say, top-notch as always

At 10:15 PM on a weeknight, I decided to order two MacFlurries at the drive-thru. I waited several minutes before finally being served. When I went to collect my bag, I already knew I was going to have to go back inside the fast-food restaurant... The ice creams weren't even a quarter full. Annoyed, I had to turn around and park to complain. I explained my problem to a crew member, while another remade the ice creams (what a waste of time!). The first crew member I spoke to pointed out to the person in the kitchen that it wasn't right. The person laughed. Oh yes, it's very funny to pay €9 for two ice creams that aren't even a decent size. The crew member told his team, "Come on, let's get moving!" Thank goodness there are people like that.
