Friendly staff, quick table service, and piping hot food. The only downside is they're stingy with the ice; frankly, for the price, they could make more of an effort.

I was rather disappointed the last two visits in two years, to the point of leaving a negative review and giving it a 1-star rating. But I saw a clear improvement this Sunday, despite the large number of customers, so I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.

The service was far too slow; over 20 minutes to get our order, no greeting or "enjoy your meal." The restrooms were so-so. And the ice cream preparation took even longer.
