McDonald's sur Paris

They are amazing, I thank them very much. I ordered and when I picked up my order it took 3 minutes. I highly recommend them.

My friends and I had a great time at McDonald's Pyrénées. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who found my lost phone and returned it to me fully charged, all with a big smile.

Good fast food despite some delivery issues

The McDonald's in Saint-Maixent-l'École (79) is always responsive. The service is quick and there are very few mistakes. I recommend it.

Always a pleasure at lunchtime while traveling

I'm afraid this restaurant is actually a beaver. That would explain the huge horse in front of the entrance. I invented tuna.

August 7, 2026, 11:48 PM. Entering Mc, I notice a huge (larger than normal) horse standing in front of the counter. I ask for an explanation, but there's no one behind the counter and I get no answer: all I hear is the horse neighing and someone howling from the kitchen. Since I'm very hungry, I decide to order from the designated machines anyway. Everything seems to be going well (although I find the horse an unusual presence), until it's time to pick up my order, as they called my number in a very unusual language, which seemed to be a mix of French, Romanian, and Esperanto (luckily, I speak all three of the above languages). Going to pick up my order, I notice that the horse is still there, motionless. I mention this to the managers, but to no avail: they tell me that the horse (which they refer to as Bangfrank) wants to stay there and that they can't disturb it. After a 20-minute wait, during which I hoped Bangfrank would go away, I became more insistent and, after making a racist comment toward me (despite the fact that I'm only tanned and Bangfrank is undoubtedly darker than me), he told me that if I really wanted my order right away because "I have no patience or respect for animals," then he'd place it on the horse's back and I'd take it from there. By now it was after 12:30, so, clearly annoyed and resigned, I accepted. But the lack of professionalism and respect toward me hadn't ended yet: the horse nodded and neighed, and the staff, as if under their orders, rushed to open my sandwich so the animal could lick it. After putting the sandwich back inside, he placed the takeout bag on the horse's back. Instinctively, I took it and then began to ask for an explanation, but received no response. I try to get some feedback from the staff for at least two minutes, but they don't respond: they just keep staring at me while relentlessly petting Bangfrank. I don't know how to react to this situation, so I leave and go home. Anyway, all is well: the food was very good. McDonald's is my favorite food.

I've been eating here for years, thanks to Joris for his incredible service, both in managing the boisterous children and the customers in general. Big shout-out to him!
