The counter is very worn...unhygienic and disrespectful.

Very professional and very pleasant staff

The food was delicious, as usual given the restaurant's reputation. Regarding the service, several points: While it was certainly fast, they forgot my online order, which was supposed to be brought to my table. I had to go to the counter to have it prepared. There's no order picker, which is inconvenient when collecting your order. However, the staff is understanding, pleasant, and friendly. As for the atmosphere, it's too hot upstairs. The restrooms are dirty and have water everywhere, but that's the customers' fault. The dining room is a bit dirty, but that's the customers' fault.

I was able to read other customers' reviews, and quite frankly, my experience was positive; the staff is welcoming and friendly. The food is good too.

The dining area is upstairs only, which isn't very convenient. The Burger King 200 meters away is better.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. Personally, I go at least once a month and everything is great, the staff are fantastic, even the security guard is super friendly. I have nothing to complain about, I'll be back as usual.
