McDonald's sur Biganos

I ordered a Happy Meal, and they brought me a tray with everything but without the box and the game. My grandson was very disappointed. I asked for them, of course. And what about the Burger meal that cost €13 for a tiny burger that barely covered you in meat? It's ridiculous! McDonald's has become so expensive for what you get; you might as well go to a decent restaurant.

It's a shame that there's no option to select a mayonnaise on the terminal, even if it's a paid service.

The staff is very clean and welcoming! Impeccable and fast service.

Disappointed for some time now, hygiene issues, hamburgers not prepared as well as they used to be.

Arriving at 9:50 PM without knowing the closing time, we went in, ordered at the kiosk, and then there was a "communication" error. I went to ask at the counter, to which I was told, "Yes, we close at 10 PM, didn't you see it on the door?" -> Well, no, otherwise we would have done things differently! The response continued: "But it's written right there. (Sic) The only solution is the drive-thru." (I'll spare you the person's haughty look, like, "Are you stupid or what?") Fine! Let's go to the drive-thru, we're hungry. At 10:35 PM, we were finally served. We also work in the service industry and completely understand the hours and the employees. But please be more customer-focused, and also more friendly and understanding; it would be better for everyone.

Order placed for delivery at lunchtime. Then, for reasons unknown, it was impossible to order Coke, the fries were cold and clearly reheated several times... the burgers were wrapped by a 2-year-old (that's the only possible explanation), and the wrap was folded by the same child 😅 Anyway! I can't wait for Burger King to open.
