I can only give 5 stars for the service; everything was always piping hot and neatly arranged. Honorable mention to Tom at the till! He deserves a promotion.
I ordered a Happy Meal, and they brought me a tray with everything but without the box and the game. My grandson was very disappointed. I asked for them, of course. And what about the Burger meal that cost €13 for a tiny burger that barely made a mouthful? It's ridiculous! McDonald's has become really expensive for what you get; you might as well go to a nice restaurant.
Arriving at 9:50 PM without knowing the closing time, we went in, ordered at the kiosk, and then there was a "communication" error. I went to ask at the counter, to which I was told, "Yes, we close at 10 PM, didn't you see it on the door?" -> Well, no, otherwise we would have done things differently! The response continued: "But it's written right there. (Sic) The only solution is the drive-thru." (I'll spare you the person's haughty look, like, "Are you stupid or what?") Fine! Let's go to the drive-thru, we're hungry. At 10:35 PM, we were finally served.
We also work in the service industry and completely understand the hours and the employees. But please be more customer-focused, and also more friendly and understanding; it would be better for everyone.
