A shout-out to your server! A few weeks ago, a colleague and I each ordered a McFlurry. When the order arrived, the server apologized because they were "overwhelmed" with orders. No worries, on the contrary, thank you to them! 🤙🏽
We went to the drive-thru yesterday evening. My son's apple juice was missing from the order, so we went back to the counter to point it out.
The server who then helped us, Tom, was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and approachable, he came to check that the drink was indeed missing (it's standard procedure) with a great sense of humor, but always very professional! A real plus for McDonald's Biganos!
It's easy to leave reviews when things go wrong, but I'm writing this review to thank and especially congratulate this young man for his attitude, which some others would do well to emulate... Tom, I hope to have the pleasure of seeing you again on our next visit!
