Order placed via Click & Collect at this McDonald's.
The preparation was quick and the order was ready when I arrived, which was appreciated. However, when I got home, I noticed that several items were missing from the bag: the lattes and desserts I had ordered.
This is a shame because it forces you to systematically check the contents of your order before leaving, especially when it's a pickup without eating in.
The overall experience was acceptable, but better order verification before handing out would prevent this type of error and improve customer satisfaction.

It's getting worse and worse. This isn't the first time the delivery hasn't matched the order! Wrong drink, a tiny bit of fries for the Maxi Best Of meal we ordered.
Avoid this delivery service at all costs, as it's not the first time this has happened to us, and even this time, at least all the items were there...

We were served by Romane (I asked her name to write this review) and I must highlight her professionalism; she was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The place was clean and the service was quick, with everything we needed. It's good to point out when things aren't going well, but it's also good to mention the positives!
