McDonald's sur Lanester

I have to change my mind. Tonight we ordered nuggets and potatoes with BBQ sauce and white sauce, plus a burger and fries with ketchup. There were no sauces in the order. The caramel sundae had almost no caramel. What a disappointment! In response to your feedback, that's kind of you, but it's not the first time we haven't received the sauces we pay for, or that the order hasn't been as ordered. When you pay for a service, which in 2026 has become expensive, you expect to be satisfied. The caramel sundae had no caramel, no toppings... it was thrown together quickly. So, giving feedback is good, but compensating customers is better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We regularly eat at this McDonald's, and for once, I really wanted to leave a review because we had a particularly positive experience. On September 3rd, around midnight, we went through the drive-thru, and when we looked at our receipt as we were leaving, we noticed that one of the two Cokes we ordered hadn't been registered. So we went back to explain the situation. We dealt with a night manager, a petite brunette with glasses, who was absolutely lovely, smiling, attentive, and above all, very accommodating. She took the time to understand the situation, and when we also had a small question about the sundae toppings, she handled everything with great kindness and professionalism. In addition to the missing Coke, she offered to give us another one, especially since we had asked for a Coke without ice and the one we received had ice. In the end, we left with a full order (two Cokes without ice, and she let us keep the one with ice) as a gesture of goodwill that we truly appreciated. What really made the difference was her attitude and her sense of service. Mistakes happen, but the way she handled the situation was truly exemplary. We regularly come to this McDonald's, and honestly, this is the first time a member of the team has left us with such a good impression. If this message can reach her or her manager, it would be truly deserved: she deserves to be commended for her professionalism and her welcoming nature. Thank you for your kindness! 👏

Nice, clean, and friendly staff

The lady at the drive-thru was hilarious :)

McDonald's is top-notch, incredibly accommodating if you forget your order (which is rare), and being open 24/7 is a real plus. And compared to other McDonald's, the quality is almost always excellent! Go for it without hesitation!

We came as a family during the lunch rush; it was absolutely packed, almost every table was taken. And yet the staff are incredible. They manage to find you a table, clean it right in front of you, and seat you as if you were the only customers. They're always smiling and cheerful, running around to make sure everyone is happy. It definitely deserves 5 stars, and that's not even mentioning the food!

Great McDonald's, very welcoming staff

Fast service and very friendly staff. The indoor play area is fantastic!

Wow wow the food here is amazing but even better is the service/workers when I asked if it would be possible to clean the table they did it instantly and when we left the worker gave us free sweets if I could this would be higher than five stars

Incredible!!! Thank you for the toy, I'm a huge fan. I sleep with it, I eat with it, and I play with it. The kitchen is fantastic!!!
