We went there on a Wednesday evening during school holidays at 7:30 p.m., lots of people at the checkout but quick passage, pleasant staff. We found space straight away despite a lot of customers, clean, spacious, pleasant restaurant. I don't regret going there. I recommend it to you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the Macdonald team in Lutterbach 😊

It is very commendable that reusable packaging is used here for the drink cups and the box of fries 🍟 😉👍 Unfortunately, this doesn't exist in Germany yet🤷🏻‍♂️

We were lucky to have our meal at the right temperature, which is not always the case. Well aware that this is not always easy, the staff should be a little more friendly and during our visit the housekeeping aspect also left something to be desired. It's not easy and not for everyone.

Always well served in this McDonald's in which I worked years ago and it is a restaurant very respectful of hygiene in the kitchen and concerned about quality. A special mention to Thomas who has a sense of humanity and hospitality, undeniably a beautiful person!

Équipe super sympa polie et dynamique Toujours bien accueilli Ps je suis très fan du coca avec la glace Mais refaire une session avec des promo et des recette d hiver ( raclette reblochon ...) se serait top Merci à Thomas et à son équipe McDonald's Lutterbach

13/12/2025: I came from Clermont to see the Christmas markets. In the evening, I wanted a delicious meal, and I definitely found the right place. A kebab with plenty of fresh vegetables and succulent meat. And the white sauce was fantastic too. A really pleasant welcome. Thank you to Restaurant L'Orient for this wonderful meal.

20/06/2025: We were dining together and were lucky enough to get a seat in the shady garden without a reservation. Since the owner immediately recognized our lack of French, he also advised us in German and translated the menu and daily specials. Outstanding service and truly good food! Highly recommended!
19/06/2025: I didn’t eat here, but I had a glass of Alsace white wine in the lovely garden. Peaceful and charming. If I eat there tomorrow, I'll update this review.
