Hello, I am very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's. I ordered two different small wraps, but they were wrapped together without any way to tell them apart. When I asked which was which, since nothing had been done to distinguish them, I received a very unpleasant response: "What do you want me to do about it?" Beyond the lack of organization, it's the behavior of some employees that really needs improvement. A minimum of professionalism, politeness, and respect for customers would be appreciated. It's a shame because we come here to have a simple and pleasant time, but this kind of response gives the impression that customers are a nuisance. I hope management takes this type of comment seriously in order to improve the service and the staff's attitude.

It's very dirty. The tables are never clean, and the wipes coming out of the machines are dirtier than the table itself. It's an unsanitary situation.
