Hello, as a regular at the Dorlisheim McDonald's, I felt I had to leave a review. Usually, everything goes smoothly, but tonight I ordered a Maxi Best Of meal via click & collect, nothing out of the ordinary.
I placed my order at 9:45 PM. My order was marked as complete before I even received it, at 10:25 PM, only to be delivered at 10:40 PM. Luckily, the food was hot. It was just missing the Creamy sauce.
I'm writing this review not to criticize the restaurant, where I've never had any problems, but for the past week I've been driving past and noticing major issues with the drive-thru and click & collect, before finally experiencing them tonight.
I couldn't even find a parking spot because there weren't enough spaces.

McDonald's was quite clean. The table service was quick. It was fairly quiet. It's a shame the fish fillet was poorly presented.

The restaurant was clean and our order arrived quickly and complete. A special shout-out to Raphael, who was incredibly kind – a rare treat these days – thank you for the milkshake at the end of our meal ;)

The staff were very attentive... Coloring for the little one, a "sample tasting" milkshake. A pleasant experience, more like a restaurant than a McDonald's.

Clean, the toilets too, but I've never seen such thin toilet paper in my life... The burger looked depressing. See photo.
