McDonald's sur Vitry-Le-Francois

The toilets are in a deplorable state.

Quick service, the waitresses were very friendly, the room was quite clean.

One of my favorite McDonald's restaurants. Fast drive. Efficient and smiling staff. Thank you for all the delicious meals over so many years! I'll be back!

3/5 Despite one issue, I recommend this McDonald's in a shopping center. It's usually quite fast, but unfortunately not today. My order took 20-30 minutes during off-peak hours, the restaurant wasn't full, and some employees seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. I've been eating lunch here for over 10 years now, and I find it surprising that it takes longer for a fast-food restaurant, especially when it's practically empty. However, the multi-skilled employee who served me was very friendly and apologized for the delay without me having to say anything. Another downside was that they forgot my sauces and a drink in addition to the Happy Meal toy. They also didn't seem to realize that events like BT21 are running on their kiosk, which is quite surprising. Well, it's a real shame that the service and check-in took so long. Environment: The floor was a bit dirty, with fries scattered everywhere (even in the kitchen, actually), and my table was completely wet. The person could have dried it before leaving.

Never seen such dirty toilets 🤮

Many thanks to the employee who offered our cat water. A sign of humanity, which we are becoming less and less accustomed to, especially in fast food chains.

Classic McDonald's. Fast service and exactly as ordered.

Fast table service, which is great! However, there are only two restrooms available for everyone, so it's a free-for-all. Also, they hide some menu items under "other menus" on the kiosks, often the cheapest ones.

We waited way too long for our order. Service was too slow.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because my children were expecting outdoor play areas where they could let off steam, like at other McDonald's... There's only a tiny indoor area with 2-3 small games for toddlers. Apart from that, the place is clean, the servers are respectful, and the sandwiches are good. It's perfectly adequate for stopping to eat without letting the kids play!
