I want to thank Lorenzo for his professionalism and efficiency. This morning, around 5 a.m., he was single-handedly managing the entire restaurant: taking orders, handling payments, and preparing orders. Despite this heavy workload, he remained cheerful, welcoming, and highly organized.
It's rare to see someone handle so many tasks simultaneously while providing such fast and high-quality service. A big thank you to Lorenzo for his dedication, his smile, and his professionalism. He deserves to be commended for his work!
This is the McDonald's in my town; the employees are always very welcoming, the sandwiches and fries are always hot. I recommend this McDonald's, plus it's open 24/7.
