Today I had the bad idea of ​​taking my son out to eat. We placed our order, but it was served on a dirty tray. Additionally, I asked for a burger without cheese and, to my surprise, I received one with cheese. I requested my money back, but the restaurant did not resolve the situation immediately; I had to wait. I was teased and allegedly grabbed by the wrist, which seemed more like an assault from the manager, all while I was separated from my 5-year-old son. Yes, I ended up flipping both burgers on the floor.

Arrived at 2:50 p.m. served in 5 minutes, on site, ordered in accordance. Everything is fine except when I ask the teams for mustards, no mustard. Current advertisements tout different sandwiches and that's great, but in France we eat mustard with fries. A little more warmth and smiles from your teams would be a plus.

L'hamburger non era affatto come in foto, questo si chiama ingannare i clienti. Le patatine erano fredde. McDonald's, una delusione: non fa ciò che promette. Lo Stato dovrebbe intervenire e regolamentare ciò. Le foto devono assolutamente rispecchiare il prodotto! Il resto è una presa per i fondelli.

Even if we stay in the field of fast food so order from a terminal, jaded staff, table not always very clean,...At Quick, the burgers that we sell to you look a little more like the photo than at the 2 competitors. The flavors are better and the fries look like french fries. The main fault of Quick is the number of restaurants represented since the forced return of BK a few years ago but that of Place d'Arc is still there and that's so much the better
