A rather unusual experience: I went there on Saturday, August 8th, around 7:30 pm, and despite being very busy, the place was clean. What struck me was a customer who spoke very rudely to the manager, telling him what to do. The manager remained calm, explaining that it was a busy time and therefore there would inevitably be a wait. The staff were running around everywhere, and as soon as the order was handed over, they apologized for the wait.

The restaurant was completely packed even though it closed at 10 p.m., and the staff was clearly understaffed. The poor manager tried her best to keep things running smoothly but had to deal with people yelling at her and ignoring her, all while trying to be as patient as possible. I wish her the best of luck, and despite everything, we were well served and the food was good!

There's only one thing that bothers me. It's the young people who come and use this place as a squat. They just chill with their e-cigarettes, feet up on the chairs. Like it's totally normal. Unacceptable.

The staff were overwhelmed due to being understaffed, but we were still able to eat. However, there was no internet connection to use the app, resulting in no points, and I can't seem to file a complaint on the McDonald's website.

17/05/2026: A good compromise considering the fast-food options nearby. We loved it. The fries, the sauces, and the tacos!
