Super fast, always hot, well-maintained restrooms and children's play area, friendly staff, never had a problem as far as I'm concerned. I go to this McDonald's regularly and I'm very satisfied. I can't be the only one because it's always very busy.

The meal was hot. The location is easily accessible. Large parking lot. Very busy for a Sunday. It's a shame the waiters and waitresses weren't smiling. There was a palpable sense of unease among the staff. A rather gloomy atmosphere.

I won't be going back to this restaurant.
Last time, the croque monsieur was without ham, so you can imagine it was just bread and cheese—not great.
Today, there were no more croque monsieurs on the menu, no more wraps, no more McSmarts, no more McFlurries or M&Ms.
Basically, I ended up with the nuggets... and to top it off, when I opened my drink, there was a tiny gnat floating in it, so obviously I didn't drink it.
I've always been to this restaurant without any problems, but these last two visits have put me off.
I'm going to wait a while before going back.

Saturday, February 28th; After being refused information and service at Burger King in Saverne (see their comment on their website), the four septuagenarians went to the same location in Marmoutier. The same selection and ordering system using automated machines.
They asked for the same help and information as before at Burger King. A very friendly and smiling young man (especially when he saw us...) told them: "No problem, I'm on my way..." He gave them a demonstration, selected their orders on the keypad... In 5 minutes, it was all done!
