McDonald's sur Saint-Die-Des-Vosges

Hello, we came today to eat with our children and order the special Mario meals. The movie only came out this Wednesday, and it's Saturday. We ordered two kids' meals to get the Mario toy, and as usual, we received the meals without the toys. We always have to ask for the toys in the meals because they never include them... anyway. When we went to ask for the toys, we were told, to our great surprise, that there were no more Mario toys for children... I find it absurd to have special offers and not have enough stock to satisfy everyone, especially three days before the movie's release... it's ridiculous, especially since we pay for the toy! I'm increasingly disappointed with McDonald's between the crappy toys and the ever-increasing prices... However, a good portion of the staff are very pleasant, and thankfully they're there to raise the bar... Have a good day

We come less often because the drive-through is still very slow, so we prefer to come less often but inside where the service is faster. The only downside is that the coupons cannot be used at the machine; you have to pay at the till to benefit from them, which we didn't know and which is not indicated at the terminals.

I stopped by during the day... You could say there's been progress; the wait is still there, but the service is much more pleasant than it used to be. The food is hot and tasty, there's a good atmosphere, and the team seems to get along well. When you want to ask for something or pay at the counter, the employees are responsive and friendly. But you can tell they're really pressed for time and doing their best. So even if it's not perfect yet, I'm giving it a good rating this time!

Hello everyone 😊 Having had to eat at McDonald's two days in a row this week, I wanted to share my experience. I went with my six children, we were given a really warm welcome, with smiles from all the staff, and we felt a really great atmosphere in the restaurant. We found this restaurant very pleasant and welcoming. Everyone is in a good mood and kind despite all the orders 😅 It's so refreshing these days 🥰🥰🥰 We met Marie there, who I think must be a manager; it's clear she's a big part of all this positive energy, given her kindness towards her colleagues and customers 🙏🩷 Well done to everyone 🩷🩷 We'll gladly come back because, on top of everything else, it was delicious 😋

Kudos to Killian, who is kind, polite, cheerful, and very smiley, which is quite rare in McDonald's. Very pleased with him.

Hello everyone, once again we visited the McDonald's in Saint-Dié (Sainte-Marguerite side) and, as usual, we received a very warm welcome, especially from Oumar, a super kind, polite, and attentive person who makes customers laugh whenever he can. It's a very family-friendly atmosphere, the kind you rarely find in McDonald's these days. So I want to thank him and his entire team for the many warm welcomes and consistently perfect service. I highly recommend it.

Very fast takeout service. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. Fast food is fast, and they've definitely achieved that. Well done to today's dynamic team! This restaurant has really improved.
