McDonald's sur Caussade

Order for 4: no napkins, no cutlery for the cheese fries, no dessert with the Happy Meal, and the sauces were a joke. I can't wait for this place to close and for a new one to open soon. As a resident of Caussade, I've never had a decent order.

McDonald's is clean, even the restrooms are a nice touch. Fast and friendly service is rare.

We were very surprised to read the comments after our visit. Yes, the service is a bit slower than at most McDonald's. The core concept of fast food may have taken a slight backseat. On the other hand, the food was good quality, the dining area was clean, and the restrooms were spotless. I would even encourage anyone giving a one-star rating to visit some McDonald's locations, like the one at La Fourche in Paris or the one in Villefranche-sur-Saône. You'll quickly realize that everything is relative… We had a small mistake with a McFlurry: a KitKat instead of an M&M's. An absolute outrage… Apparently, enough to warrant a star rating according to some. Except that, in reality, they reacted immediately. As soon as the problem was reported, a new McFlurry arrived with an apology. Mistakes happen. How they correct them is what counts. And there, in that immense existential uncertainty between KitKat and M&M's, I look at the first McFlurry left on the table… And I think to myself: it can't be. Years. Maybe more than a decade. As Charles Aznavour would say: "I'm talking about a time that those under twenty can't possibly know." A McFlurry… filled to the brim. Extraordinary. Extremely rare. They served me a unicorn. We almost get teary-eyed talking about it, thinking that the generous ice cream McDonald's days are a thing of the past. The ones where the tub was practically overflowing, with the hollow plastic spoon that doubled as a stirrer and amazed every kid. And then… BOOM. Back to childhood. A tub filled to the top. Almost overflowing. So I say bravo. Kudos for still daring to serve a generous McFlurry and reminding us of a time when we truly felt we were getting our money's worth. Thank you for this delightful abundance of powdered milk, water, and a touch of sugar, which transformed a simple stop at McDonald's into a wonderful flashback to our childhood. In the end, a clean restaurant, a pleasant team, a mistake corrected immediately… and a McFlurry that restores faith in humanity. Honestly, keep up the good work.

Food was quick, meals were hot and accurate. We had coke zero's which did have a funky taste, overall good experience

From what I can see, the restaurant has been renovated; the restrooms are much nicer, and so is the dining room. We were served at the table with a smile, thank you.
