I love the atmosphere, the fun music, and the hot food 🥵. The staff are respectful and lovely. I wanted to give it 6 stars, but it's a shame there are only 5. Bessoncourt is the best McDonald's I've been to in the area.

We had a very good time, the service was quick, all the sandwiches and fries were hot. The staff were attentive. It was very pleasant; we usually go to Audincourt, but we've often been disappointed by the quality of the food and the cleanliness. We will come back to your restaurant even though it's far from our home. Thank you.

I was surprised to see so many people on a Tuesday. Sometimes customers can be too demanding and impatient. From what I've seen, you have a great team. I think you do a fantastic job and you're very friendly, even when things get tough. Keep up the good work!

I went through the drive-thru today, and the young man who served and took my payment was incredibly kind and friendly 😄.

I'm a bit disappointed that they don't offer ambulance discounts like all the other McDonald's; they could at least do that, especially since we eat anywhere we can sit down.
