McDonald's sur Poissy

Served quickly and hot, professional service

What's going on at the McDonald's in Poissy??!!! I've ordered delivery and nothing's working, several refunds and registered letters have been sent, and nothing's changed!! Today I decided to try click and collect for the first time, and it's worse than I could have imagined!!! The manager (thank goodness he's in charge, because it would be better without him) has absolutely no sense of communication or customer service!!! He announces online orders without giving the order number, and it's even worse when you show him that your order has been ready for 10 minutes!! He looks at you with contempt and disdain!! Is this what they call business?? Luckily, I know what a McDonald's restaurant is capable of, having worked there during my studies!! This behavior is inappropriate for a manager, let alone for a world-renowned brand!! It's time for action in this region!!!

Amazing experience at this gourmet fast food restaurant! The free-range chicken nuggets, enhanced by their incredibly thin and crispy breading… oh, I can't believe it! Thank you to Julien for his friendly service! He loves his job.

When we go there, there are always teenagers in the baby park. It's already small, but this is ridiculous. The staff don't say anything, and they're still here today. 🙄
