McDonald's sur Epinay-Sur-Seine

Apparently an old McDonald's, shabby interior, broken tiles, old damaged tables... Not too crowded when we went, yet a long wait to be served.

One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. I went to the McDonald's at the Épinay-Villetaneuse train station. The first parking lot was completely full, but I noticed a second one that was entirely empty. So, I very politely asked the manager if I could park there while I ate. His response was incomprehensible: he explained that the second parking lot remained closed because people taking public transport to Paris were leaving their cars there all day. I told him that this was a matter of restaurant organization and that, for my part, I was simply a customer there to eat. The most shocking thing was that he told me to park my car "right in the middle of the road." Completely irresponsible advice. The manager's attitude was equally disappointing: cold and unpleasant, he brought my tray back without a greeting or goodbye, with a disdainful look, as if my request was inappropriate, even though I remained courteous throughout. I find it unacceptable that a parking lot remains empty while restaurant customers can't find a parking space. If the restaurant is having a problem with drivers using the parking lot as a park-and-ride, it's up to management to find a solution, not for customers to suffer the consequences. A very bad experience. I won't be going back and I strongly advise against this establishment.

Most of the staff are unpleasant, and the establishment isn't air-conditioned. The only positive point is the speed of service; the staff's attitude needs improvement.
