I'm a big McDonald's customer; the nuggets are so good, and the drinks are too. The drive-thru is fast, and so is the inside ordering. If only I could eat there every day, I would!

Working fast is good, but working fast and well is better!
We used a kiosk for a takeout order. The person preparing the order didn't put all the hot food in a separate bag to keep it warm, so when it arrived 10 minutes later, the meal was cold!

We've been coming regularly since this McDonald's opened, and it's always very good and hot, which isn't always the case elsewhere. Furthermore, one of the staff members is particularly attentive to each customer, always having a kind word, very welcoming, and making sure that every customer leaves satisfied. Someone who truly loves their job, well done!

Again, something's missing. Today at 4 PM there's no sauce for the fries or the nuggets, and no napkins.

No one at the drive-thru except us, and they couldn't even get our wavy fries with melted cheddar and bacon in the order. Instead, we got fries 🤮
