I ordered from the establishment for the first time via Uber Eats. The order arrived cold and, on top of that, one fry was missing. I called the establishment and it took them 10 minutes to answer the phone. When I explained the situation, they told me I had to file a complaint through Uber Eats. I work in fast food myself, and when we forget something and customers call, we offer them a goodwill gesture or deliver it ourselves, even if they ordered through Uber Eats. Frankly, I find it disappointing that they didn't even offer a goodwill gesture. I wouldn't recommend it anytime soon.

Fantastic drive-thru experience! We were served by Grâce, and honestly, we have absolutely no complaints. She was very friendly, polite, and professional from start to finish. The order was complete, well-prepared, and served quickly.
It's truly a pleasure to be greeted with such kindness and good cheer. Thank you again to Grâce for her excellent service; we'll definitely be back!
