McDonald's sur Istres

A huge thank you to the entire McDonald's team, and especially to Estelle, for the excellent service. Our order was quick, hot, and served with a smile. We accidentally spilled a drink and, honestly, we felt really guilty. But Estelle was exemplary: she reassured us immediately, took care of it without delay, and even invited us to go to the counter so we could get a free replacement. A simple gesture, but one that demonstrates a true sense of service and genuine kindness. One of her colleagues also came to help, very professional and responsive, even though we don't know his name. Their efficiency and positive attitude deserve to be highlighted. Well done to both of them: thanks to people like Estelle and her colleague, we left with a smile and the desire to return.

We placed a large order on Friday, and the service was excellent. Thank you to our manager, Ryan, who was fantastic and very welcoming.

Anthony is the most welcoming, friendly, quick, and efficient employer. Employers can change the face and atmosphere of a fast-food restaurant, and I've seen that with Anthony! Thanks again!

The food has improved. The young man at the drive-thru (Anthony, I think) was charming and patient. I had trouble deciding what to order, but it didn't wipe the smile off his face. If I can see him every time after a hard day at work, that's fine with me.

Personally, I was very disappointed. The Big Mac was very poorly positioned, and the McFlurry was truly awful and very badly presented. The pistachio had a strange color, and something was missing, lol.

The prices are exorbitant; a real restaurant costs almost as much these days.
