I went to the kiosk to order and paid directly at the counter. The manager was incredibly rude and verbally abusing the staff. I find it unacceptable to belittle people, but doing it in front of other customers is even worse. This manager is incredibly condescending! I only came once, and I would eat elsewhere if I were ever in the area again.

For once at this McDonald's, we were lucky enough to encounter exceptional staff! The gentleman who served us was lovely, very helpful, and efficient. It was a real pleasure, especially since we usually prefer to drive further to be sure we get our order right, because here, the manager often yelled at the staff and it felt like we were in a zoo. Today, encountering this gentleman, who despite having a limp worked as if nothing was wrong, was truly a delight. Thank you to him; he has restored our faith in this McDonald's!

28/12/2023: Venu durant la période de Noël, beaucoup de monde, donc attente un peu longue. Service sympa. La cuisine est un peu fade, pas mauvaise, mais rien d'exceptionnel.
28/12/2023: Restaurant décevant. Vous réservez et votre table n'est pas prête et il manque les verres et les serviettes.je vous déconseille la choucroute car le chou est fade. Mais cela reste copieux.
