The kiosks aren't working, and the loyalty program isn't working either. We're waiting for our Happy Meals even though the meals have already arrived. I had to reorder at the kiosk at the staff's request. In the end, the children are waiting, and the meals that have already been served are cold. No compensation whatsoever.

Excellent experience at the McDonald's in Le Pontet! Fast service, clean restaurant, and the order was exactly as ordered. A big thank you to Samuel for his warm welcome and good humor, to Shanya for her professionalism and efficiency, and to Nicolas for preparing the food. 13/05/2026: I try to give good reviews as much as I can. I was extremely disappointed with French McDonald's today. The food is not as good as it was, the cups make everything taste like cardboard. Felt somewhat disorganized. Unpleasant surprise. French McDonald's is becoming as bad as US McDonald's.
