It's a shame the service is so slow even when there are few customers.

The wait is long before being served...

I especially wanted to leave a review to commend the gentleman who handles table service and cleaning. He is truly lovely, always very kind, smiling, attentive, and helpful. You can tell he takes his work to heart and genuinely cares about the customers. He's the kind of person who deserves to be recognized and appreciated for his work. It's a real pleasure to see someone so dedicated and caring. I sincerely hope that management will take customer feedback into account and thank him appropriately for his efforts. Thank you to him for his kindness and professionalism!

Improvements are needed in managing peak periods. Pleasant staff nonetheless.
