Appalling hygiene, uncleaned tables, dirty toilets... a truly awful experience, several windows filthy. Tourists must have a very positive impression of the country.
Corentin and Ludivine always have a smile on their faces; the atmosphere is much better since the previous manager left. There's less stress in the team; you can see and feel it. As for service, it depends on who's working. They do the best they can.
The service is good, the food is good, but it's always horribly cold in the restaurant. The first time I thought it was just a coincidence, but I went back and again I had to eat with my coat on. I understood why more people ate in their cars than inside.
A pleasant surprise! Initially hesitant after reading other reviews, given the late hour, we decided to give it a try anyway.
And what a treat! Smiles from the entire team, service in 15 minutes—everything was perfect. Admittedly, there were no tickets in the machines, but that wasn't a problem. So perhaps we were just lucky, but this McDonald's deserves much better reviews.
