This McDonald's is very good and good, the staff is always friendly but very crowded by the homeless, often some sleep on the benches near the toilets, we don't dare sit there.

I see a lot of people complaining about this restaurant, whereas I saw a dynamic and enthusiastic team there, who do their best to serve customers who are always in a hurry in a crowded shopping center as quickly as possible. Arriving with a smile, we didn't wait more than 10 minutes, watch in hand, on a Saturday early in the afternoon to be served, better still, our smile and good humor earned us a coffee, offered by the house. Quentin, thanks to you, we had a good time in this “simple mac do” to which my wife and I will be happy to return. Good luck to the whole team, Quentin don’t forget the water tower in Yonne 😜

It's beautiful, clean, of course, but although my family and I were greedy to buy or taste our preferred choices on site, it turns out that now finding ourselves behind a machine to make our order has definitely broken our " archaic pleasure.

We had a delivery problem with UBER who refused to listen to reason, we called McDonald's to ask for a refund. No, only the person we spoke to on the phone was very professional and showed great responsiveness (Unlike UBER), But what's more, he had everything we ordered re-delivered in full and they had the Kindly add two muffins. Thanks to them for their professionalism
