Not being used to going to fast food restaurants, I wanted to treat my young nephews. I was very pleasantly surprised in every way.

We arrived at McDonald's around 3 PM on December 29th. Despite this, there weren't many people there, and we waited quite a while for our two meals. Meanwhile, a long queue quickly formed because the kitchen didn't seem to be keeping up. We saw people waiting over 20 minutes for their orders. The trash cans were overflowing, but no one seemed to mind, and the tables were dirty. The overall cleanliness of McDonald's was really poor. I don't even want to imagine what it must be like during peak hours. Furthermore, we noticed that using McDonald's points is becoming increasingly complicated. If you want a sugary Coke with your meal, you can no longer use your points for a meal. It's getting worse and worse. The day after our visit, our son placed a click and collect order. The wait to pick it up was just as long as for a drive-through; it's hard to understand the point of click and collect. And when we got home, the Coke tasted like water. Really disappointing!

I live near this McDonald's, so I go there often, but I have two problems: the drive-thru service is slow during peak hours, which is normal, but they often forget drinks, sauces, or even burgers or fries at the drive-thru. Otherwise, it's a perfectly normal McDonald's that's really good if you don't have the time or money to pay for a meal at another restaurant.
