A McDonald's where ice cream is only available one out of ten times, and the restrooms have been out of order for over a year—unacceptable. I hope someone in charge reads this comment and takes action.
Kudos to the whole team who worked tirelessly during this heatwave week, dealing with all the computer and machine glitches, etc... they held on, focused and professional despite being understaffed! Truly courageous!
