McDonald's sur Saint-Martin-De-Crau

Hello, first of all I would like to point out that I give 3 stars thanks to the professionalism of the manager present on Saturday December 7 in the evening, who was able to make up for the unacceptable, intolerable and shameful behavior of her employee present at the drive that evening, she demonstrated professionalism and empathy regarding the behavior of this employee in question. Indeed between 9:40 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., after waiting for almost 25 minutes at the drive-thru when there were only 2 cars in front of me... (you can check on your cameras I have a red Citroen C3), the employee finally puts down my bags on the counter, I ask him simply and kindly if he has put my deluxe sauces, he asks me for my order number but I can no longer find my receipt and the nightmare begins. I tell him it's the €23 order with 2 happy meals and the €5 smart menus, he tells me he doesn't know, I tell him I don't know my order number either, he tells me pushes the bags to the edge of the pass and says to me: well I can't guarantee that your order is complete" and he closes the window in my face. I "shout out" have a good evening goodbye, he opens his window again in mode “annoyed” and he said to me “what ? What is it? I say to him: "well I said good evening goodbye because you closed the window in my face" and he replies "well I don't have time I have work" and he closes it for me window to the nose. Faced with this unacceptable behavior, I parked my vehicle and went inside to speak to a manager. She came immediately, she apologized for this behavior, she was unfortunately not surprised, she told me that this was not the first time that this employee had unacceptable behavior towards customers and that this he will be summoned quickly. I think he should leave his place to someone who wants to work and who respects his customers....

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, excellent quality, the only criticism of the restaurant is located in a large industrial zone with lots of logistics warehouses and no way to park near the restaurant, I think that a few truck spaces would be good for certain drivers who want to take their Menue to go. Or eat there.

It's rare that I post an opinion but here it was necessary. First time I've been received like this at McDonald's. Super nice staff, order received, 3 seconds after paying, frankly it's beautiful.

We only went to this restaurant once, but it was very clean. I went to the bathroom and nothing to say, it was clean and it smelled good! The service was very quick, there were four of us eating. The burgers were nicely assembled, the fries were hot and the drinks were well stocked. Overall, a very good experience! THANKS

It's a McDonald's Neither more nor less

The establishment is unsanitary and full of flies, care should be taken to clean the premises, particularly the exterior which is extremely dirty. The cuisine is very limited but the service was quite pleasant.

Are we talking about price increases? For a Mcfirst it's small and what's more, it started at 4.95 and reached 7.20 euros without messing around? A cheeseburger for 2.20 costs 1 euro more. No, but we might as well make our own burgers when I see this sick increase.

Finally, I found a McDonald's where it's clean, where there's excellent service, where they bring your order quickly, where there's a clean, odorless toilet, clean tables, they don't confuse your order, and even a polite monsieur who clears your table after you. We regularly travel from Nice to Barcelona and this is the best McDonald's on this road! It's worth coming here!
