Despite the occasional oversight, which can happen, my orders are always of good quality; I have no complaints. The dining room renovation still looks great, even after a year, and each time I come back, it gets better and better. And whenever the manager, Mélanie, is there, everything runs smoothly. I don't know how to describe it, but as soon as I see her, there's not a problem. And if there's a wait, which is understandable, they all apologize, something not all McDonald's do. In short, the McDonald's in Le Pian is doing very well compared to the competition and other restaurants in Bordeaux!

Since KFC opened and McDonald's was renovated, there's been a noticeable increase in vigilance. There are far fewer order errors. Perhaps the quality control scales are also making a difference. However, the staff are more welcoming when ordering in the restaurant. Things are moving in the right direction.

Excellent experience, very pleasant and smiling staff. I've been coming daily for over four years and have absolutely no complaints! The establishment is clean and bright. I've made friendly connections with some of the staff, including Celia, Mélanie, and Barbara... all very lovely people.

Clean, easily accessible with the drive-thru and even inside. The service was warm, attentive, and very polite.
