Excellent service and friendly staff who answered all my questions and met all my expectations. However, I experienced several oversights or errors in my order, which is why I'm only giving the kitchen 4 stars, even though they do a very good job! I recommend this McDonald's if you're in Neufchâtel-en-Bray.

Tonight, I simply want to express my support for a young woman who was treated with profound disrespect by four individuals. It left her in tears. And honestly, witnessing that made me furious.
