It is very common in drive, click and collect that I have to return to the restaurant because products are missing. This time, the 3 packages of fries are half full. I realized it when I got home, it was too late. It would be good if the quantities were respected.

First time in 20 years that someone said bon appetit to me and with a smile in a McDonald’s! Very good staff.

The service is not the fastest, be careful when turning to the drive-thru and check your menus...when it is the happymeal dessert that is missing, hello drama!

Very slow service even at the drive-thru. Sometimes it takes up to 15/20 minutes to collect an internet order! I have noticed a drop in staff motivation in recent months. Edit: A slight improvement since mid-2022 on the drive-thru service. But a big increase in prices since 2023!!!

Clean, fast and a well-made burger!

Today, 02/8/2024 at 1:00 p.m., there was a slight delay on the orders, I was surprised by the professionalism of the staff, pleasant and kind. They offered us coffee with apologies for a ligth delay. I would like to thank the team but especially the manager who is professional and welcoming. It's nice to see such kind people. Thank you to all of you

A lot of mistakes at our order. Missing fries and two burgers who were made wrong. After addressing the issue, they apologized and gave us two new, correct burgers and the missing fries and checking at our table that everything was correct and no more issues. One weird thing to mention. This place has a ladies bathroom and a bathroom for the disabled and that's it.
