Despite the wait, the service was excellent. Our order was complete. We even received two Ligue 1 gifts instead of a Christmas glass.

I arrived at 12:00 and was served at 12:45. The staff was unpleasant; I asked for sauces and had to pay for them. Avoid this place.

Very happy with this McDonald's!
A pleasant surprise upon arrival; it had recently been renovated, but beyond that, the table service is excellent, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and they're not stingy with the fries 😉
Nothing to complain about, I love going there with my daughter

Honestly, I've been to a lot of McDonald's restaurants, but this one was by far the best quality. Unfortunately, I don't live in the city, but as soon as I have the chance, I'll come back with my family. Clean McDonald's.

May 2025: Ice machine either broken or being cleaned. Really, at 12:30 p.m.... wasn't it possible to have it finished cleaning before lunchtime?
This is a recurring occurrence.
No signage at the drive-thru or before the drive-thru, as is done elsewhere.
Between the one in La Queue-en-Brie and the one in Chennevières, you should definitely not come to them anymore!
5 months later, 30 minutes wait between ordering and payment. 15 minutes just to be able to order!
Special menus don't exist at this McDonald's. No grimace menu, yet the ice cream is there. The person takes the orders, takes the cash, and delivers the orders. Apparently, not enough people are scheduled.
Well, I'd go elsewhere.
