The team is very nice, especially Marla, whose name I heard. Although we had to wait a bit due to the crowds at the restaurant, she took the time to process our order quickly. The team is lucky to have him among them.

A meal marked by a long wait for a fairly basic order during periods of low traffic inside the restaurant. If the drive was working because there were several customers at the drive, the service inside was much too long even though there was barely anyone there. Waiting time of 20 minutes for two very simple menus among Macdonald's standards. On the other hand, once served, the meals corresponded to the orders and the meal was hot. The team members did what they could, but we can wonder about the management of the teams on a Saturday evening. Courage to the teams, and good luck!

A good place for a quick meal! The service is efficient, and orders are generally respected. McDonald's classics are still delicious, especially the fries and nuggets. The place is clean, and the ordering terminals make it really easy to choose. Ideal for a quick break or a family meal. A McDonald's that respects the chain's standards!

Yes it has changed, finally a pleasant person who takes orders, and upon payment a smile, fast service, finally it's changing for the better... It's May 28 and it didn't last long 🤣😂, today the 5th November, 20 minutes between the order and our meals at the Drive, left for a ride.😂😂😂😂

I recently visited the McDonald's in Provins and was very impressed with the service. Although there was a screen outage in the kitchen, the manager and the entire team handled the situation with great professionalism and kindness.
They forgot to bring me my coke, but quickly realized the mistake and brought it to my table. The burgers were hot and well prepared. I really want to highlight the kindness of the team, who made my experience even more pleasant. Thanks everyone!

Few terminals for ordering, they are poorly arranged and you quickly feel cramped when taking an order. Then more than 35 minutes to collect an order... It's a very long time for a brand that calls itself "fast food".

Mc Donald's , good place to go with the kids if your on a road trip.Little indoor play area that my children love .food is very long though ..Waited 40 minutes for breakfast there was only a few people in McDonald's who arrived after us.The place didn't open at 9:30am like stated on Google.The doors were locked so started to put kids back in the car and then the manager started opening the doors around almost 10am.Other than that everything was fine.
