I'm not complaining about the service or the staff, which has always been very satisfactory until now. I'm used to coming to this McDonald's rather than the one at Carrefour, where the service and quality aren't great. But when I start eating my sandwich and find a long hair between the rösti and the cheese, I have to admit I question myself. Wearing a hairnet, I don't understand how that hair ended up in my mouth...
Thanks again, and please don't hesitate to add more cheddar cheese when you pay an extra €1.50 for practically no cheese in the "cheddar bacon fries." Good luck to the team during this heatwave, by the way.
