11/07/2026: A wonderful experience during a road trip with my husband… he had the Southwest tasting menu, and I had a chicken leg with mushroom sauce… (it was delicious!) A magnificent setting, a fantastic team… THANK YOU AGAIN 🙏 We highly recommend it 😉 Go without hesitation 🤩
11/07/2026: It's very rare that I leave a negative review for a restaurant, but this time... To be clear, it was my birthday, and I was there at my children's invitation. It was the night of a France match, ouch... It was already an hour and five minutes before our aperitifs arrived. One of the waiters made a rude remark to my mother, who wanted a different dessert than the one on the menu but of a similar price, saying it wasn't possible, adding: "That wouldn't be called a menu, madam..." I've been to more accommodating restaurants, and the tone he used was very harsh. The meal dragged on... And finally, after we'd had our starter and main course, we were waiting for them to clear our plates and offer us dessert, but no, everyone was busy setting the tables for the next day. I'd had enough, and we left then. Thanks for the lovely birthday meal; it won't be one for the history books. The food is okay if you order duck, but given the price, I ate better the next day at a farmers' market.

The chef offers refined cuisine using local produce.
Also worth noting is the excellent wine selection.
Highly recommended.

20/04/2026: A disaster as I write this. No time to choose a menu, and the hostess had the nerve to tell us, "If you had asked, I would have shown you the menu." At what point is a manager not supposed to teach their multi-skilled staff the basic rules of business? Displaying the products for sale! As a result, we only ordered two out of the three menus we planned. This isn't a fake review. The multi-skilled employee who served us is blonde with glasses and is the ex of someone we both know well. (By the way, could you give me back my socks, please?!)
Review updated following the establishment's response regarding the "fake review."
I formally confirm that this is a real experience I had during our family visit.
The service was extremely unpleasant: there was no time to consult the menu due to the lack of clear display at the time of ordering, and the employee's response was inappropriate when we simply pointed out that I didn't know what to order because the menu wasn't displayed.
As a direct consequence, only two of the three menu items could be ordered; I personally wasn't served.
The main problem isn't the service error—that can happen—but the handling of customer feedback. Labeling a review as "fake" without verification or contact demonstrates a clear lack of consideration for customers and raises questions about the quality of management.
A professional establishment listens, investigates, and takes responsibility for malfunctions in order to improve the customer experience. Denying feedback that has been publicly shared contributes neither to trust nor to the brand's image.
I now expect a constructive and responsible response, commensurate with the level of service one has the right to expect from a major fast-food chain.

13/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed this romantic getaway, which included a one-night stay, a candlelit dinner, and breakfast.
The welcome was immediately warm, making us feel at ease in this exceptional setting, decorated with refined taste.
The dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant was entirely satisfactory.
The cuisine is original, sometimes daring, but always beautifully executed, a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
The service is simple, professional, and efficient, perfectly befitting a one-Michelin-starred establishment.
A special mention goes to the dessert, which demonstrates technical mastery and a taste for challenge.
One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the wine selection, which could complement the entire tasting menu. We missed out on a perfect pairing with a white wine from Anjou for our meal, and we would have appreciated the expert advice of a professional sommelier.
Thank you nonetheless for this exceptional culinary experience.
Breakfast was perfect in the morning.
A great place for a romantic weekend.

14/06/2026: Yes, but... This review, which is entirely my own, concerns a high-end establishment, or rather, an establishment that charges high prices, hence my reservations.
I'm posting it for those who are lucky enough to have friends who will treat them to a 6-course tasting menu (without drinks) for a hefty 90 euros per person.
We couldn't go whenever we wanted, but oh well... we went anyway.
The weather was beautiful and warm, and we were in the (rather ordinary) outdoor courtyard of the restaurant with three other couples. Upon arrival, we were offered water—still or sparkling—so we ordered still water (which cost us 7 euros at the end of the meal). Then they brought us the wine list, or rather, the wine bible. I must say, we were a little taken aback by the almost endless selection of wines and their prices (about three to five times the price of a bottle). Anyway, we had a very ordinary 8-euro kir as an aperitif.
Since we didn't want to pay between 8 and 18 euros for a glass of wine or 60 euros for an ordinary bottle, we ordered a 26-euro bottle from a well-known winemaker in Gascony whose wine sells for 7 euros in supermarkets.
The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and quite good, even very good (that's 15 euros each, though), but that's undeniable—it's the work of a chef. What really bothered us was that, with such a high-priced menu, we weren't offered an aperitif and wine pairings upfront. Quite frankly, the food was good, but it lacked that extra something, and I think the wine pairing was largely to blame, as was the disproportion between what should have been a memorable experience and the price.
05/06/2026: Still as good as ever! We discovered this restaurant when we lived in Mont-de-Marsan about fifteen years ago, and it's always a pleasure to go back during our holidays! Excellent market menu today with a delicious dessert. Thank you!

17/05/2026: I didn't recognize the place. I'd been twice when you first started out... there was a soul to it, a real desire to do things well. And this time I didn't feel that at all. It seemed more about profitability, about the number of customers at your second restaurant next door... The food was rushed, like huge crayfish ravioli swimming in too much cream, with absolutely no attention to detail... and what about the supermarket bread, still in its packaging? It's a real shame.
