23/04/2026: What a fantastic discovery! We had a wonderful evening at this Italian restaurant. The setting is truly lovely, and the warm atmosphere is palpable as soon as you walk in. The service was impeccable, but we wanted to highlight two particular favorites: Florence, for her professionalism and kindness! And the mixologist, a true artist! 07/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Mont-de-Marsan. The welcome and service were incredibly warm and attentive. From the delicious mocktail featuring delicate foie gras, to the beautiful sea bream and duck confit, and finally the chocolate fondant with a chestnut center, our dinner overlooking the Midouze River was a relaxing and flavorful experience. Thank you for this delightful moment.

07/04/2026: Seriously, I usually don't say anything because little oversights happen, but this time... I just bought a box of 9 burgers, I get home, 6 burgers, the McFlurry ones, I order extra topping, there isn't any, and no Chinese sauce either... so the prices are already getting worse and worse, and now I'm paying half of what I should be paying... I'd appreciate some kind of compensation, even though I know I won't get anything.

20/04/2026: A disaster as I write this. No time to choose a menu, and the hostess had the nerve to tell us, "If you had asked, I would have shown you the menu." At what point is a manager not supposed to teach their multi-skilled staff the basic rules of business? Displaying the products for sale! As a result, we only ordered two out of the three menus we planned. This isn't a fake review. The multi-skilled employee who served us is blonde with glasses and is the ex of someone we both know well. (By the way, could you give me back my socks, please?!) Review updated following the establishment's response regarding the "fake review." I formally confirm that this is a real experience I had during our family visit. The service was extremely unpleasant: there was no time to consult the menu due to the lack of clear display at the time of ordering, and the employee's response was inappropriate when we simply pointed out that I didn't know what to order because the menu wasn't displayed. As a direct consequence, only two of the three menu items could be ordered; I personally wasn't served. The main problem isn't the service error—that can happen—but the handling of customer feedback. Labeling a review as "fake" without verification or contact demonstrates a clear lack of consideration for customers and raises questions about the quality of management. A professional establishment listens, investigates, and takes responsibility for malfunctions in order to improve the customer experience. Denying feedback that has been publicly shared contributes neither to trust nor to the brand's image. I now expect a constructive and responsible response, commensurate with the level of service one has the right to expect from a major fast-food chain.
