Excellent experience at the McDonald's in Joigny! The team is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely pleasant, both in the dining area and at the drive-thru. The service is efficient, and the orders are well-prepared. It's great to see such a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction. The young man who served me was unfriendly and cold. The service was poor; the fries and sandwich were cold. I had to ask for them to remake it. Some of the staff weren't wearing the proper uniforms for work. The McDonald's in Joigny is in freefall.
I went there with some friends, the staff was very welcoming and efficient, we got our order quickly, the fries and burgers were good quality, and the restaurant was clean! No complaints at all!!!
