Order placed online: 2 Maxi Best Off meals, one with a double McExtreme steak. Upon delivery from the app, we received only one steak. We contacted customer service, who offered a refund, then backtracked and told us it was impossible to issue one. They are thieves. EDIT: The manager contacted us a few days later to apologize and rectify the situation (he offered us the meal for free).
