I do not recommend this restaurant for people with reduced mobility. The restrooms are upstairs, and the elevator is out of order. The tables on the ground floor are not wheelchair accessible.

I went there on Tuesday, January 20th, using the drive-thru. My order was taken quickly and ready quickly too, even though there were other people ahead of me (I went at around 11:30 PM).

A young student, who explained that she had just started her studies, took my order at the drive-thru of the McDonald's in Nevers while I was simply grabbing some food as I was passing through town. She was remarkably kind and so cheerful that it warmed my heart. Very professional and helpful, she even offered to double-check my order at the end. I really want to emphasize the quality of her service and attitude, which left me with an excellent impression. The Big Tasty 2-Meat burger was very good.
