31/08/2026: Having passed by this restaurant for several years, we finally tried it last week as a family. From the moment we made the reservation by phone, I appreciated being asked about our food intolerances and allergies. I also appreciated being asked if there was a child in the party so they could prepare a suitable menu. As for the food, the wine list is short but features a good selection of local organic wines. The menu is also short and changes regularly, which is a real guarantee of freshness. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish, with a special mention for the conchiglie with pea guacamole, the veal compote samosas, and the mirabelle plum baba! One last positive point: the service was very pleasant throughout the meal, with thoughtful touches for our daughter. In short, we will gladly return!

26/08/2026: We've found our new go-to spot! 😊 It's been a long time since we've had such a great time. Being the foodies we are, we fell in love with this restaurant. We arrived, were greeted with a smile, and at our table, the young waiter knew his menu inside and out. In the kitchen, the women were expertly cooking everything perfectly, with no unpleasant surprises. We were impressed by the quality of the ingredients. Over at the wine cellar, the other guy in shorts was doing a fantastic job. With a touch of humor, he'll take you off the beaten path, and you'll leave feeling completely won over. The bar staff were all smiles too; everyone was cheerful, joking around, and we felt right at home, all within a tasteful decor. In short, it was flawless. 30/08/2026: It's beautiful, it's delicious! Beautifully presented dishes, pleasant and efficient service. Refined and flavorful cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu: zucchini cannelloni with goat cheese, Charolais beef... accompanied by an excellent wine selection, all at a reasonable price. The only slight drawback is that the dining room can be a little noisy. We had a wonderful time. Don't hesitate!

10/09/2026: Wow, wow, wow. I was traveling alone through France and was looking for a quiet spot to enjoy a glass of wine. Pierre gave me a super friendly welcome, helped me fantastically with my choice, gave a very interesting explanation, and we had a super pleasant conversation. The wine and snacks were also top-notch. My visit to Une Note de Vin was definitely the highlight of my visit to Nevers.

29/08/2026: An excellent spot nestled in nature on the shores of Lac des Settons. Delicious traditional Morvan cuisine. Generous portions. Authentic local flavors. We highly recommend this inn, its crapiaux (a type of sausage), country ham, fresh cheeses, and its entire menu, which evokes the flavors of Burgundy. Exceptional value for money.

30/08/2026: Fantastic bakery and sandwich shop. The food is really tasty and they have menu deals for adults and kids. Staff are very friendly and tried hard to speak English to help us too. Would definitely recommend!

In the standard farms from which you source your pigs, piglets are mutilated at birth: their tails are docked and their teeth ground down, while breeding sows spend half their lives in cages. This thought ruined my experience with you.
