I ordered a delivery from a well-known service, and they only delivered the drinks. The company refunded me except for the driver's delivery fee, which isn't normal. I called McDonald's and spoke to the manager, who suggested I come in directly and speak with the manager, who was very friendly. They quickly remade my order and made a goodwill gesture, even though the fault wasn't theirs. Fantastic team, incredibly welcoming and they really took great care of us. Special mention to Bella who is extremely kind and makes sure everything runs smoothly. After an average experience last year, this year was the complete opposite; the team is highly efficient and productive and everything is going very well. Undoubtedly one of the best in the area.

I stopped by this McDonald's with friends at lunchtime. The staff was very efficient and friendly. They were able to meet all our needs! The food arrived quickly, hot, and delicious. I noticed previous comments mentioning a lack of professionalism. That wasn't at all what we experienced during our visit. I think there has been a significant improvement. We especially want to thank Bella, as well as the entire team, for their service and dedication.
I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!

On several occasions, I've encountered Chloé and Océane, to whom I give 5 stars for being two very smiley, pleasant, and helpful young women. I also thank the manager, Mr. Malley, who, when I had a problem with a duplicate order, took care of everything. Personally, I have a good experience with this McDonald's.
