McDonald's sur Rueil-Malmaison

The problem here is the manager, who acts like a cowboy. He demands we hurry up with our order and says we're taking too long because there are 5 of us, 25 minutes before closing time. It's quite unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend coming when he's there. Otherwise, no complaints.

It's a very good brand, I usually enjoy eating there.

I've been going to the McDonald's in Rueil-Malmaison for several years, especially since having a child. I've noticed a significant change since the arrival of Manager Laurent. I celebrated both of my son's birthdays here. Laurent is very kind, listens to his customers, is attentive, calm, and from what I can see, the management is of very high quality. I've also noticed a significant change in the teams, who are now very efficient and fulfilled. Just two or three years ago, I remember a female manager, and I was very disappointed with her work. Since Mr. Laurent's arrival, the McDonald's is doing very well; it's a pleasure to come here. Having been to many McDonald's restaurants in my life, I've rarely seen such a high-quality manager.
