McDonald's sur Rive-De-Gier

The children's play area is very nice and particularly appreciated during a downpour where the kids can play sheltered in a fun area!

Mac do as we like! Well we know that the cuisine at Mac do is not the healthiest in the world otherwise we wouldn't go but in this one there is nothing to complain about, friendly and clean staff from what I have seen.

Short stop back from vacation, hesitant following the reviews but very kind staff, and overall quite correct.

Not a big fan of this restaurant but obligatory stop at this brand. No comments on the products it's a question of taste. Otherwise relatively clean considering the passage.

It's McDonald's, nothing to say, never disappointed

Honestly, I came once a month to treat myself, but now... Review your entire kitchen and properly train your new employees, it would be the least you can do in terms of respect for customers but also for yourself I order on the app and pick it up there. Very nice employee who picks us up at the terminal, no worries about that She is kind, cordial and smiling! This is quite rare for you, it must be emphasized. On the other hand, when we got home, it was a disaster... Sandwiches that have no sauce (photo proves this - I had to add mayonnaise to bring it all down), orange juice that only tastes like water, half-finished potatoes cooked in addition to cold unsalted fries (and yet I only live 5 minutes by car) I would like to point out that the potatoes had a strange smell compared to other times... It seems that the oil has not been changed in forever In short, I think I will look elsewhere the next time, it's a shame given all the negative comments and no visibility of improvement from the team

I came to place an order inside, I was pleasantly surprised, the manager Anissa and 2 team members Ayline and Marie who served me were great, pleasant, smiling, friendly, no errors in my orders, I was served very quickly the sandwich was hot and good, really well done to them. The only downside is that not all McDonald's employees are like her.
