McDonald's sur Passins

No complaints, it's clean, we got what we asked for and the staff are kind and helpful.

We come to this McDonald's regularly and one thing is for sure, it's very nice to have someone like Christelle serving at the table who is always very smiling.

I'm taking the time to leave a review because I think the staff are fantastic. Smiling, friendly, and above all, customer-focused. A great team atmosphere and quality McDonald's. I highly recommend it and I want to say well done!

I'm quite surprised by some of the negative reviews. For us (2 adults and a child), everything was perfect: the meal was as described, the service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were pleasant. Special mention to the manager, who was very attentive. It just goes to show how different experiences can be.

I've been coming to this McDonald's regularly for 10 years and I have no complaints. Maybe four times I've waited 25 minutes instead of the usual 8 to 10 minutes, but over 10 years that's very few. It's always been the best McDonald's I've been to. Lately, though, I think there have been some minor issues with the fries being cooked properly.

Too bad, they're super slow, and some orders are missing. It's almost like I was lying. (Morestel) And what about the €5 Smart meal scam? It was going well, they realized it was working well and the price was reasonable, but then you're immediately charged almost €10 for a Big Mac meal (McDonald's in general). It's better to go to a restaurant than McDonald's now. Don't forget you're just a fast-food restaurant.

Efficient, no overflowing bins, no dirty tables, clean restrooms, no waiting, and we should have even taken a picture of our burger, which was almost identical to the picture – unheard of at McDonald's! The wraps are well-made; they don't fall apart when you pick them up... Congratulations to all the staff!

This is the first time I've seen a clean McDonald's. The lady was charming and very dedicated, constantly cleaning the trash and serving customers, all with a level of politeness you don't see elsewhere. We were very surprised by how committed she was, as this kind of service is rare these days. I even told her, "Well done!" Like me, she's from another generation. Thank you!
