For children, the surprise is a bonus in the kids' menu. We added money for a Speeder Man book offered at the kiosk, but we were given a different book. At the register, they told us it was planned for next week???

I visited on Monday, July 13th. The restaurant was clean, and I was served by a young, exceptionally kind, dark-haired man in a red shirt. He was very focused on his work, smiling, and helpful (perhaps a manager?). I really think he should become a trainer in customer service and relations; it's increasingly rare and pleasant to encounter such helpful and smiling people.

I'm always very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the staff, but I especially want to thank Leo, who is incredibly professional every time a customer walks through the doors of McDonald's.
