Having experienced this elsewhere, I can say they acted immediately and reacted promptly, with many apologies.
So, for us, it was perfect. I appreciate serious and polite people like that.

Special mention for this McDonald's! Quick and efficient order taking, hot fries, tasty sandwiches... napkins, sauces, ice cubes—everything was there! Even the bag was double-folded 👌. In short, it's been a long time since we've been served like this. Well done to the team!

I'm quite surprised by some of the negative reviews. For us (2 adults and a child), everything was perfect: the meal was as described, the service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were pleasant. Special mention to the manager, who was very attentive. It just goes to show how different experiences can be.

I've been coming to this McDonald's regularly for 10 years and I have no complaints. Maybe four times I've waited 25 minutes instead of the usual 8 to 10 minutes, but over 10 years that's very few. It's always been the best McDonald's I've been to. Lately, though, I think there have been some minor issues with the fries being cooked properly.
