No one in the restaurant waited 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes my order was given to someone else, so I had to wait another 20 minutes to reorder. No compensation was offered. I really don't recommend this place for a quick McDonald's in Saint-Étienne de Saint Geoirs; it's unacceptable. They should close it down; it would be faster. Thank you.

No drive-thru option since there was no one inside either; forced to go in to order takeout, no explanation given. A long wait only for the order to be incorrect. We ordered large Sprites with ice, but only received medium ones in large cups, without ice, and one Sprite that turned out to be sparkling water. Most of them were already flat since they were prepared well before the hot drinks. In short, dare to speak up about what's wrong; it's important for improvement. And don't accept receiving your drinks beforehand; normally, everything should be served at the same time.
Nevertheless, there are always worse places, but also much better ones. Advice: review your staff.
